The "Truecraft" mark was originally registered by the Truecraft Tool Company of Chicago. Some time about 1960 the company (or the name) was acquired by Daido, a Japanese company more known in this country for its motorcycle chains. Some tools, like this good quality wrench, were sourced in the US, while others came from Japan, also Taiwan and Spain are mentioned online as sources.
