I am a low pipe enthusiast. it also has the beautiful white hard plastic gas cap. the throttle cable comes straight out old style. chrome assed bars. the levers were still flat and with rubber tips before dog leg shaped levers. fork protectors. I think the kickstarter was chrome. thick front hub. thicker style seat like the G.P. bikes because they raced 45 minute motos. rear brake cable. were the wheels chromed steel??? they look chrome in the pic, shuely not. did they polish the aluminum wheels just for the pictures? were they polished aluminum stock? I want the exhaust pipe and silencer just to have as stand alone art object.

maybe I should read the Cycle World article you linked.

They're not really practical on a dirtbike, maybe ok on a MXer but I like them too, especially om the early CanAms..
