Don't think they qualify as a real multi-tool, as I don't see a bottle opener... also no markings on this old set of deluxe needlenose pliers. There are also wire cutters, round jaws, and those protrusions might be small hammer heads, but at 3/8" square, not very useful...
I was soon informed that they are MIG welding pliers. They'll be put to work.
