Hans Hermann´s GP crash

remember back before seat belt laws and most people didn't bother wearing them and some would say they rather be "thrown clear"? thems were the good ol days.

I wondered about the occupant of the trackside chair until I glimpsed his rapid departure in the linked video. Good placement of the fire suppression equipment. The car almost self-administered the extinguisher.

I've seen a few pictures of "driver in the air beside his tumbling car", Hans was lucky- he seemed to live an eventful life...
