As usual the artist isn't identified, but nice artwork, but at first glance it looks like the car has broken down along the road in the rain...
Once again the 60s copy.. "glides effortlessly through traffic", "suspension rippling over the road"... sounds like they are describing a Cadillac.. different times.

Probably twice the price of a Ford LTD or Chev impala?
