XXX (Cancel Supply Drop)


Other Basic Emergency SIgnals (agreed by Commonwealth Countries (Except Canada), and by the USA
Found this at a thrift shop, folded paper made of plastic, waterproof material, evidently to fit in a pocket of a flight suit.  I always thought XXX meant something else.
