A simple electrical tester. I made one like this in Grade 9 shop class out of a wooden dowel, old ball-point pens and a small neon light. I still have it and it still works:
Interesting that the Neo-O-Lite was marketed to folks like the "Coin Machine Man." All those old arcade games had to have someone maintain them.

I have to wonder if the Central Manufacturing Co. changed its name to the Ne-O-Lite Manufacturing Company. Rockford is just 90 miles west of Chicago.
