It originated with an Italian police need for papal escort duties. It follows that the model name "Convert" was just a happy coincidence, then. It was not a success, but no one found much wrong with it, either. As a 35-years owner of a 300.000+ km T3, I have an obligation to defend it.;-)

People love the T3s and the rider of the automatics probably just as loyal. Just less of them!
