Here is a really great object, a nicely detailed Sikorsky H19 helicopter suspended over that common decorative aeronautical reference, the globe.
Regarding the maker- no idea who, when or why, but the device can function as a fan, as there is an electric motor powering the rotor.

Damn that's a complicated device! Looks like you can move the helicopter on the globe as well. A lot of work went into that........I want it! Nice find.
