Architectural Observations #3

Here's another oddity based on a Quonset (I think), I've never seen a building with what can only be described as a pompadour.
It's located along the TransCanada Hwy in Cobden, Ontario and I'm guessing it was originally a gas station/diner or possibly a car dealership?

probabaly not a gas station, I work at alot of old gas stations, doing enviromental testing and the concrete island where the pumps/dispensers were, is almost always still there because its alot of work to demolish all that underground concrete.
