Well, it looks reasonably well triangulated. I've seen way worse on ADV. Those passenger bars don't *actually* steer the chair wheel, do they?
I hope he rode through a deep mud hole covering her from head to toe in a thick layer of gross muck while he stayed perfectly clean pretending it was an accident.
I think the handlebars are there to make her feel like she has control. Ridiculous thing:-)
