Rolls-Royce "Legalimit"

S.C.H. Davis.  Cars Cars Cars Cars.  London:  Paul Hamlyn, 1967.
The Legalimit was a V-8 made in 1905.  Although it could travel at 26 mph, the engine was governed to keep it to 20 mph.  Only three were made, only one was sold, and it remains the only Rolls-Royce model for which there are no surviving examples.

As for the name, I don't think any current car manufacturer is going to revive it soon, even on an e-car.
