How a TV Works (RCA Victor, 1953)

The New World Family Encyclopedia.  Standard International Library, 1953.

When they used cool technical terms like "image orthicon" and "kinescope."

Voxx International now owns the once prestigious RCA brand. Their TV's are now made in China for On Corp., a Korean company.  From my experience, they're of low quality.  A few years ago, I was given a brand-new RCA portable CD player as a gift. After playing 2 CD's, it died.  Once a great name, I've concluded that RCA now stands for "Really Crappy Appliances."
