We used to make things in this country. #65: Duro Metalwares Ltd., Brampton Ontario

A nice high quality 5 gallon gas can made back when gas was stored in metal cans. Remarkably well kept with painted wooden handle and label intact. As they say, Durable as the Pyramids!
Duro made galvanized tubs, pails etc. in Hamilton, Ontario and their products were everywhere in Canada. No information on the net that I can see, and I don't know if they were related to the Duro Metal Products out of Chicago who made tools.

Thanks, Gary!

I found an old washtub made by Duro. The model was 'eclipse' and it also had a '042 'stamped on it , along with a patent number. Also could not find any ifo on the net about the tub or the company.
